Alta Bakery and Cafe presents a Chocolate Class on Saturday, February 15 at 5:30pm, taught by Chefs Ben Spungin and Matt Sommerville. Fee is $55 per person. Space is very limited. Please e-mail Alta to register.
Learn the method of making chocolate from beans to bar, including chocolate tempering, chocolate garnishes, and making chocolate truffles. This is a hands-on experience that will include hor d'oeuvres and a cocktail, chocolate snacks, and take-home bags.
