Friday, March 6 at 9pm, Carnaval comes to Pearl Hour! They're celebrating it in Rio, so let's celebrate it here, too. We'll have performances by samba crews from Santa Cruz as well as Monterey's own Samba Legal Dancers. All are encouraged to dress in a Carnaval or Mardi-Gras inspired manner. Festivities will run until midnight. Ages 21 and over only.
