In this beginning tapestry weaving workshop held on Saturday, March 19, 12pm-4pm, instructor Ayla Stocker will teach us how to create a woven bouquet. Learn all the fundamental skills of tapestry weaving with experimental embroidery with ribbon, single ply yarns, or handspun art yarns.

Skills will include learning to warp a hoop, create a background weave, and embroider floral embellishments. You will walk away with a completed piece of art to hang on the wall and a knowledge of how to create your own weavings at home.
