Ramon Ayala was born in the Mexican city of Monterrey in 1945. At the age of 5 an accordion was placed in his hands...and the rest is history. He has since produced 105 records, becoming known as the King of the Accordion and bringing Mexican Norteno music to adoring audiences everywhere.
