This will be a structured, 8-week program, the goal of which is to prepare you for the Golden State Trail Races, but the program welcomes all trail-running enthusiasts who are looking for a community to hit the trails with.

Trail runs will take place on Saturdays at 8am at area trails and on Wednesdays, 6pm-7:30pm at the MPC Track.
