About the Jurors
Demetri Broxton is the Executive Director of Root Division in San Francisco, CA. Broxton is an independent curator and practicing artist. His artwork has been exhibited internationally and most recently at the de Young Museum, Crocker Art Museum, and Art Gallery of Alberta.
Ann Jastrab is currently the Executive Director of Center for Photographic Art in Carmel, CA. Jastrab holds a BA in English Literature and Studio Art from Hartwick College and an MFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Hector Dionicio Mendoza, born in Uruapan, Michoacan, Mexico, is an artist, curator, and educator based in Salinas Valley, California. Mendoza’s multimedia practice explores migration, environment, and identity, drawing on his rich ancestral heritage.
