About Moyozahi Stitching

Moyozashi is known as the "other kind" of sashiko patterning and stitching. Moyozashi patterns feature curves or straight lines of stitches which never meet or cross. Often they are more pictorial than Hitomezashi patterns, suggesting common objects or things from nature.

About the Workshop

In this workshop, you'll create a template to mark the cloth, discover the best way to stitch pattern lines, and get help creating an effective color palette of threads.
