About the Workshop

This is an evening designed to help you return to the present moment through reflection, gentle breath awareness, and calming sound.

We'll begin with time to settle into the space, journal, and explore an intention before transitioning into a 60-minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments. Each guest will receive a personal journal with optional reflection prompts to support your experience and encourage an intention-setting practice beyond the evening.

The evening will also include gentle breath awareness, optional oracle card reflection, and a grounding practice to close. No prior experience with sound healing is necessary.
