Be the teammate your partner needs after they've brought a baby into the world! This fast-paced, informative workshop is designed specifically for partners expecting a new baby.

In just one hour, you'll learn what to expect during the postpartum and newborn phase, understand how birth and postpartum affect your baby's mother and your baby, and discover how you can be a supportive presence for both of them.

An often-overlooked but important topic will be addressed: the significance of the partner's well-being and how taking care of yourself has a huge and positive impact on your family.
