About the Workshop

This Sibling Transitions Circle is designed for parents and their older children preparing to welcome a new baby. You'll receive expert guidance from Ella Quenga, a sibling doula and early intervention specialist, who ensures families receive compassionate, evidence-based support.

The class will aim to help older children express their feelings, ask questions, and feel included in the growing family. And we'll discuss practical strategies for parents to address common challenges, foster connection, and create a smooth transition for everyone.
