About the Workshop

The Budget Resilience Workshop will include: a presentation about the structural deficit and underlying cost drivers, prioritization activity for attendees to participate in, and an open discussion and Q&A session.

The Roadmap to Resilience is a 6-point framework designed to guide Monterey to longterm fiscal stability and a balanced budget. These workshops are part of that roadmap.
