Pacific Flow Yoga invites you to start your morning with movement, then settle into creativity at The Hot Spot on Sunday, October 4. Doors open at 9:30am. At 9:45am we'll begin our a 50-minute mat Pilates class full of good music, core work, and incredible vibes.

After class, we’ll transition into a relaxed, hands-on pottery painting session, 11am–12pm, where you’ll get to paint your own piece.

Fees and Registration

Fee is $65, which includes $65 a Pilates class and your pottery piece to paint plus light snacks. All painting materials are provided! Register here.
