Join us for Qigong in the Cooper Gardens! Tuesday, July 29th at 11:00am with Michelle Polkabla of Human Minded will offer an hour-long Qigong session. Donation-based class.

Qigong classes are weekly now from July 29 - September 16: the dates are July 29, August 5, 19, 26, September 2, 9 & 16. {Skip August 12 due to Car Week}

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice “that combined gentle movements, breath-work, and meditation to cultivate balance, harmony, and vitality in the body, mind, and soul…”.

No experience necessary. All physical levels are welcome. Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. Entrance is through Munras Avenue or Polk Street gates.
