Monterey Jazz Festival presents the Next Generation Jazz Festival, April 5-7 at Monterey Conference Center. Come and hear some of the best jazz students in the country perform, and there’s no admission fee! Check the NGJF web page for the schedule of events.
Youth Arts Collective hosts Youth Artist Workshops called Teaching Across Generations on the 1st and 2nd Saturday of the month, 10am-12pm. The studio is open to young artists ages 8-13 to try their hand at sculpting, painting, and much more.
Join The Dali Expo for a monthly painting workshop presented by local artists, 4-6pm. The price is $35 per person ($5 discount for Dali Expo members). Supplies provided include a canvas, painting supplies, and museum admission.
