This one-day workshop for couples at the Intimacy, Sexuality & Gender Center of Monterey is based on the book CPR for Your Sex Life: How to Breathe Life into a Dead, Dying, or Dull Sex Life written by Mildred L. Brown and Stephen L. Braveman. Delivered in a fun yet substantive style, this workshop offers simple yet effective solutions for restoring sexual satisfaction in otherwise overly busy lives.

On the third Saturday of every month at 10am, Monterey Bay historian and author Tim Thomas offers a two-hour Lower Presidio Historic Park Walking Tour. Today's tour will focus on El Castillo de Monterey. Tours meet in front of the Presidio of Monterey Museum. Reservations required. $20 for adults, $15 for kids (age 10-15).
