Custom House Plaza

Celebrate the holidays at Ice Skating by the Bay's seasonal ice skating rink, open daily November 19 - January 2 . At Custom House Plaza, located behind Portola Hotel & Spa in Old Monterey, skaters can spend the day in a winter wonderland by the Bay.

Admission is $15 for adults, $13 for children 12 & under. Skate rental fee is $5.

The Old Monterey Marketplace and Farmers' Market will be closed on December 28 and January 4. Please have a happy and safe holiday celebration and join us on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, 4pm-7pm, to ring in the first market of the new year!

Covid Testing Still Happening Tuesdays in Old Monterey!

Parking Lot

Lightspeed Testing will be conducting free rapid Covid tests on Tuesday, December 28 and Tuesday, January 4, 4pm-6pm, in the parking lot of 665 Munras Avenue in Monterey. (PCR tests will also be available for no cost if you have health insurance.) You can register in advance online.

Covid testing (and Covid vaccinations!) will return to the Old Monterey Farmers Market on Alvarado Street on Tuesdays, 4pm-6pm, when the market reopens on January 11.
