Seibukan Jujutsu is modern-day martial art based on ancient Japanese practices intended for self-defense and self-development. It encourages the use of verbal de-escalation, ideally preventing the use of physical force. You will gain a higher understanding of how the body moves, or doesn't move, using strikes, throws, pins, joint manipulation, weapon disarms, and multiple-attacker scenarios. The philosophical aspect of the art improves your relationship with yourself, others, and the global community. The practice of the martial way cultivates the internal connection between the mind, the body, and the spirit. The overall goal is to create balance in your life.
