Congratulations to Briana Gonzales, the 2017 winner of the Monterey County Film Commission's Director Emeritus Richard Tyler Film Student Scholarship Award! Briana is a Cinematic Arts and Technology major at CSUMB. She looks forward to a career in filmmaking, particularly in stop-motion animation. Jeff Clark, scholarship committee chair and chair of the board of the MCFC, is pictured here presenting her with a plaque commemorating the $2000 scholarship.

MCFC would like to thank the Craig and Paula Tigerman family and in-kind support from the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and many local donors. We welcome contributions for next year's deserving film student.
