CarmelBarre is a nurturing, friendly environment. Classes are lively, fun, and non-competitive, and instructors strive to get to know their students and encourage them to reach their personal best. You don’t have to be in shape to start taking classes here! During classes, instructors make hands-on corrections so that students have the proper form and are working the right muscles in each of the exercises. Instructors don’t participate in the class - they teach and pay attention to details, giving individual attention to each student.
