The Intimacy, Sexuality & Gender Center of Monterey invites you to experience our many groups and workshops! This month we're featuring two groups: our Male Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse Weekly Group and our Care for Caregivers Monthly Group. Please call Wanda Braveman at 831-375-7553 for your qualifying intake appointment.

Group for Male Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse
Stephen Braveman, LMFT, DST facilitates this weekly healing group and provides men a safe, private, and nurturing environment to move beyond the pain related to childhood sexual abuse. Participants work through isolation, fear, confusion, depression, low self-esteem, and anger with other men who have had similar experiences.

This group has been ongoing since 1994. Join the hundreds of men that have worked through our program and have become empowered to take their lives back.

Care for Caregivers Group
Let us show you how to stay in the moment with yourself and your loved ones during times of living, loving, and caregiving. Learn to manage stress and turn negative situations into positive ones by changing the way you look at them. Help yourself live, laugh, and love in new ways with new mindsets. Take your life from ordinary to extraordinary! The tools you will learn here will stay with you the rest of your life.
