CarmelBarre in Monterey introduces our newest class, BarreMix! Be prepared to sweat in this full-body workout designed for people of all fitness levels and taught by Melissa. BarreMix is a fusion of effective, focused barre moves interspersed with full-range movements and cardio blasts. This class will challenge your brain, muscle endurance, and strength, encouraging you to dig deep to find your strength and power.
We recommended taking 10 regular barre classes at CarmelBarre prior to taking this class. Bring a mat, sweat towel, water, and grip socks. BarreMix begins on April 6 at 10:30am.
