As part of Monterey County Weekly's 2nd Annual Burger Week, Estéban Restaurant presents the new Duck, Duck, Gus Burger. A lean duck patty is topped with foie gras fresh from Sonoma County, grilled onions, black truffle aioli, and quince membrillo (a popular Spanish paste made from quince). It's then topped with Manchego cheese and tucked in a warm, seeded brioche bun.

]The Duck, Duck, Gus burger is served with hand cut fries, made from Kennebec potatoes cooked in rendered duck fat then topped with a sunny side up duck egg, all for $16.
