Stokes Adobe invites you to stop by and try one of our favorite house cocktails, the Hattie’s Old Fashioned, containing Elijah Craig small batch bourbon, demerara syrup, apricot bitters, and citrus essence.

The drink pays homage to socialite Hattie Gragg, who lived in Stokes Adobe from the late 1800s until the mid-1900s. Hattie hosted many social events and parties at the adobe and was well known for her love of entertaining.

Stokes Adobe is open 6 days a week for indoor and outdoor dining and drinks at 500 Hartnell Street in Downtown Old Monterey (closed Wednesdays). Happy Hour is 4pm-5:30pm, and dinner is served 5pm-9pm.
