The Monterey Firefighters Community Foundation has 78 members consisting of all the captains, engineers and firefighters who work for Monterey Fire Department. The organization seeks to educate, engage, and empower the community regarding fire prevention and fire safety. Activities include organizing community events, distributing wildfire relief funds, and providing accurate and up-to-date fire information and resources.
