Start a new holiday tradition and join Esteban Restaurant for a traditional Spanish feast this Christmas! Sip, savor, and share a classic four-course prix fixe Spanish-inspired meal prepared by Chef Tom Snyder, complete with an amuse-bouche, seafood starter, choice of paella, and dessert. Our children’s menu and signature Mediterranean tapas will also be available.

Spanish paella offerings include Paella Del Mar, Paella De Tierra, and Paella Negra. Paella Del Mar (from the ocean) features a rich assortment of chorizo, prawns, mussels, and clams, while De Tierra (from the land) offers savory sausage, lamb and chicken. In Paella Negra, you’ll find local Monterey Bay Calamari and Serrano ham with squid ink.

Esteban is well stocked with a variety of Spanish and local Monterey County wines and signature cocktails include the Mojito and house made Sangria. A wine pairing is available to accompany your Christmas meal featuring Madeleine, Pinot Blanc 2013, Bodegas Vizcarra Senda del Oro, Tempranillo 2012 and Alvear Pedro, Ximenez 1927.
