The team at Montrio Bistro is launching our new Market Fare: Farm to Table Program beginning Saturday, July 1. Each week, Montrio will feature fresh menu additions created almost exclusively from ingredients sourced at Monterey’ farmers' markets.

Market Fare ingredients will be purchased on Fridays and will appear throughout the week in Montrio appetizers, salads, sides, and entrees.
