Old Capitol Books welcomes local author Jeff McKown, who will be reading from copies of his new novel, Solid Ground, on Saturday, January 27 at 1pm. This event is free and open to everyone.

Solid Ground is published by NineStar Press, a small LGBT publishing house based in New Mexico. It's a beautifully written coming-of-middle-age novel about a damaged but kind-hearted, gay man who must battle his past to save himself and his relationships.
