The Fisherman's Wharf Association presents the Eighth Annual Whalefest Monterey on Saturday and Sunday, January 27 and 28, 10am-5pm. The weekend will feature fun and educational events for the whole family with a wide array of ocean-related activities.

Among the highlights will be a 2-day symposium with lectures and documentaries related to ocean and marine life conservation presented at the Wharf Theatre. There will also be live music all weekend plus educational displays by organizations associated with the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.
