Union Yoga presents a Handstand Workshop taught by Trevor Dieterle on Monday, June 25, 7:30pm-9pm. Fee is $35. Trevor is back to help us flip our perspective and turn things upside down! In this workshop he'll help us build strength and, using his smart and concise cueing, help us discover new tools and harness the handstand.
