Catch a sneak preview of the Cooper-Molera Adobe on Tuesday, July 3, 4pm-7pm. Dance to the sounds of local favorites, The Chicano All Stars. Meet Ben Spungin and PJ Clark, the proprietors of the soon to open Alta Bakery and Cafe (soon to be located in the Diaz Adobe) and the Cella Restaurant & Bar (soon to be located in the Spear Warehouse) and hear about their plans for these new eateries. In addition, you can wander the rooms of the Cooper Adobe and view exhibits that provide a new perspective on the history of the property and Monterey.
