Join CarmelBarre in Monterey for our community event of the year on Friday, September 27 at 7:30pm. Deep House yoga (DHY) is an opportunity to practice yoga on and off your mat. Shake your asana in a power flow session led by Diane O'Hagam to a live DJ playing deep house dance tracks (DJ Nick_Of_Time). We're bringing the Monterey yoga community together, reaching across to our fellow yogis and yoginis for connection and support.

You will breathe and sweat, stretch and dance, and, most of all, you will have fun! Wear your studio tank. Let's represent and come together as one. Please bring a mat. Fee is $25 per person. Space is limited - please register online.
