The evening begins at 7pm, as the doors open and attendees are offered a glass of effervescent wine. At 7:30pm, Monterey Wine School will offer an introduction to pet-nat effervescent wine and how to pair it with everyday life. At 8:30pm, Grace Lifestyle Boutique will have a fashion show showcasing their spring arrivals. Food, wine, and dancing shall follow!
