The City of Monterey is celebrating our 250th anniversary this year and we are looking for stories that have impacted our history. If you have a story to tell, please keep it to one page and e-mail it to the City's storyteller project.

The City of Monterey will review all submissions and include the approved stories in a Monterey 250 short story collection.

Update on Monterey 250:
The City of Monterey is still assessing the best way to move forward with the events already planned pre-pandemic to celebrate Monterey's 250th birthday. They will issue more information soon about events canceled or postponed on the Monterey 250 webpage.
