Monterey Museum of Art on Pacific Street presents a tour of the exhibition Seeking Eden: James Fitzgerald in Monterey by public art documentarian Kat Morgan on Saturday, March 26, 2pm-3pm. Fee is $5 for museum members, $20 for all others (includes museum admission). Please register online.

During a trip along the West Coast in 1928, Fitzgerald’s travels brought him to Monterey, where he settled for the next 14 years, establishing a studio and becoming a central member of the Cannery Row scene that included John Steinbeck, Ed Ricketts, Bruce Ariss, and Martha Graham.
