Venture Gallery invites you to meet local artist Gordon Mayfield in person on Saturday, March 4, 3:30pm-6:30pm. Drop by the gallery, view his new exhibit, Into the Heart of Big Sur, and speak with him about his work.

Many artists try to capture the wild essence, the soul of Big Sur. But you can only succeed at that when you have immersed yourself in the essence of Big Sur and trekked for miles into the heart of the wilderness. Gordon's paintings in this show are inspired by hiking below rock faces, in redwood canyons, and on cliffs edging the sea.

Venture Gallery is now open six days a week, 10am-6pm (closed Tuesdays). Gordon Mayfield's artwork will be featured through March 2023.
