Esteban Restaurant presents a Winemaker Dinner featuring Sabrine Rodems of Wrath Winery on Thursday, April 20, held in Esteban's private Marbella Dining Room. Reception is at 6pm. Dinner is 6:30pm-9:30pm. Fee is $165 per person plus tax and gratuity. To reserve your spot, please phone 831-375-0176.
Tonight, the spotlight shines on the Central Coast's Sabrine Rodems, winemaker at Wrath Wines and owner/winemaker of Scratch Winery. Rodems will expertly pair Wrath Wines to complement the six-course meal prepared by Esteban's Executive Chef Mario Garcia.
The evening will begin with a welcome reception where guests can listen to Sabrine tell her story, share insights into the history of blends, and discuss the importance of blends in today's winemaking world. Then, before each dinner course, Sabrine will talk about the wine she's serving.
For the past 20 years, Sabrine Rodems has been making highly acclaimed wines from some of the best vineyards in California. Wrath winery, located in Soledad, produces site-driven Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc. Production is small, distribution is limited, and their wines reveal attitude and passion.
