Gold Coast Tattoo, originally opened in 1977, was Monterey's first tattoo shop. New owner Joseph James, of Paradise Tattoo Shop and Midtown Tattoo and Piercing in Santa Cruz, is excited to bring a new light to this historic spot with an all new staff and a new vibe.
