Chef Cal Stamenov and Chef Ben Spungin will serve a warm seafood bisque followed by Mary’s fried chicken, collard greens, mashed sweet potatoes, and a Meyer lemon vinaigrette-dressed salad. Finish with Alta Bakery’s banana chocolate hazelnut tart. Cocktails by Joshua Perry and wines that will surely complement the meal. Please note: this is a set menu experience - no substitutions.
