The Pearl Works coworking space hosts a free workshop entitled Co-Creative Parenting led by Aaron Eden of Growth for Both on Saturday, April 11, 9:30am-11am. Register here.
About the Workshop
Co-Creative Parenting is a shift away from command-and-control and toward partnership, mutual respect, and shared growth. Instead of relying on coercion, compliance, or constant negotiation, parents and children learn how to work together in ways that honor everyone’s needs.
This approach doesn’t just reduce friction; it turns everyday challenges into meaningful learning moments. Screen time, mealtimes, homework, mornings, bedtime, and chores; these aren’t problems to “manage,” but opportunities to practice communication, responsibility, emotional awareness, and collaboration.
About Aaron Eden
Aaron has spent nearly three decades working with parents, educators, and communities around the world to rethink how we raise and educate children, shifting relationships away from control and toward trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
His work bridges parenting, education, and organizational/leadership development, drawing from self-directed education, restorative practices, non-violent communication, and applied mindfulness.
