Venture Gallery invites you to meet local artist Cheryl Kampe at the gallery on Tuesday June 2, 10am-2pm. This is a great chance to speak with Cheryl about her work and her new exhibit of paintings, Water Lilies and Paris Lights.

About the Exhibit

In her new exhibit, we travel with Cheryl to France, where she recreates scenes from her fall trip to France. In Paris, she enjoyed spending time at the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the D’Orsay Museum, the Dior Exhibit, and Le Secre Coeur as well as at outdoor cafes, patisseries, and parks which left lasting impressions.

Monet’s garden in Giverny was particularly beautiful on a sunny autumn day. Walking through the colorful flower beds to the renowned water lilies was like seeing a painting at every turn.
