About the Master Class

The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail and bar snacks before settling into the master class experience hosted by Lindsay Eshleman. Throughout the evening, we'll taste through a curated selection of tequilas and mezcals designed to showcase the extraordinary range of flavors found within the agave family.

We'll explore questions such as: What truly distinguishes tequila from mezcal? How do different agave varieties influence aroma, texture, and flavor? What role do terroir, roasting, fermentation, and distillation play in shaping each spirit? How can you thoughtfully taste, select, and enjoy agave spirits at home? through a guided tasting, cocktail, and conversation.
