About the Workshop

The history of humanity is intrinsically linked to weaving. In Vicki's hands it really moves outside of the standard practice. Come learn many techniques for weaving outside of the box like knotting, wrapping, tying, sewing, coiling, and twisting fiber materials to build dynamic and stunning pieces to hang on the wall or use in another way.

The surprising and versatile foundation for this process is fencing, which opens the creative journey into much more than weaving. You’ll create a delightful variety of parts to add onto your piece such as fringes and tassels.

No art or weaving experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. All materials will be supplied
