In this summer camp for ages 11-14 at Monterey Museum of Art, June 22-26, campers will jump into the colorful world of Japanese animation.

Students will imagine and design their own characters then create animation pages inspired by the styles they love. Learn more and register.

Each day, campers visit a new era of art at Monterey Art Museum, make fun hands-on projects, and explore how art has changed over time. Perfect for curious campers ages 8-10 who want to create, discover, and go on art adventures.

Fridays through July 31, Miss Sarah Sunshine of It's Circle Time will be at MY Museum, 10:15am-11am, with a fun and educational program for little ones including singing, dancing, stories, and more. Included with museum admission.

Whalefest is an educational and entertaining family-friendly event held at and around Custom House Plaza and Old Fisherman's Wharf on April 11 & 12, 10am-5pm, rain or shine.

It includes fun activities for all ages, live music, tours of research and rescue vessels, lots of interactive exhibits, and a symposium at Stanton Center .
