As interest in cannabis products spreads across the nation, so has a unique demand for cannabis delivery. To that end, cannabis shops are shape-shifting operations to accommodate the rapidly changing retail landscape. We get it: As a CBD or THC consumer, convenience, transparency, and trust are no longer nice-to-haves; they’re essential when choosing where to shop. Whether you’ve just discovered this blog or the wealth of knowledge our budtenders have to offer, Cloud City encourages you to utilize these resources to elevate your cannabis experience.

Silicon Valley’s top-rated CBD store has stayed ahead of cannabis trends as loosening restrictions adjust accessibility. In the short time it’s been in business, the brand’s audience for cannabis products and education has expanded from downtown Campbell foot traffic to nationwide online orders. Given Northern California’s reputation for having the best cannabis, recreational users around the United States rejoice! However, the actual difference in impact is felt by those who lean on hemp-derived products as a health aid for sleep and anxiety disorders, chronic pain, energy, concentration, and emotion regulation.

Outside of California, access to pure and potent cannabis products is few and far between. But now, online ordering has opened the doors for many struggling with such conditions, allowing them autonomy over their personal health decisions.

Ordering online? Here’s what you should know

Cannabis delivery doesn’t just refer to local, same-day delivery services. As federal and state laws continue to broaden, so does the meaning of cannabis delivery. As of December 2025, there are two ways cannabis products can be “delivered”:

  1. In-person cannabis delivery: Applies to CBD and THC products sold within state-regulated markets. Local, same-day delivery services are subject to strict local laws and are often limited by city or county regulations. Cloud City offers same-day delivery, as long as a driver is available. Enjoy free delivery within 10 miles of our Downtown Campbell store on orders over $50. Check your eligibility here. After you place your order, a budtender will be in touch to schedule your delivery to your doorstep. Please note: Expect a turnaround time of 1-2 business days.
  2. Online
