Fieldwork Brewing Co. in Monterey is happy to announce that Morning Time Coffee Breakfast Stout has been added to our beer menu! Fieldwork teamed up with our favorite coffee roaster in Sacramento, Chocolate Fish, to create a highly aromatic coffee blend to marry with our already rich and chewy Oatmeal Stout.

The hearty grain bill contributes complex flavors such as dark chocolate, cocoa, and almond brittle all while developing a thick velvety body and yet very subdued sweetness. Coffee is the star of the show from front to back, waking up the palate abruptly like an alarm clock and slowly changing as you work your way through the glass, finishing with an oat and vanilla fueled creaminess.
