A Maiden to Mother Ceremony is an opportunity to create a moment in time that celebrates and honors a pregnant woman and her journey into birth. This transition is sacred, a time of transformation. What happens during and around this transition, whether by conscious creation or by default, sets the theme for a woman’s experience of her self in her new role in her next life season.

This two-hour ritual is a celebration of pregnancy and birth as a unique journey where the collective energy of loving women can help guide the mother so that she can have the most positive birthing experience. You can expect moments of connection and sharing in an intimate group setting. The practice will include meditation, breath work, reiki and a yoga flow. The session will conclude with deep relaxation, aromatherapy and gentle prenatal massage.

This workshop is led by The Conscious Three: a group of mothers, movement specialists, bodyworkers and doulas.
