Join Blue Zones Project Monterey County on National Take A Hike Day, Wednesday, November 17, 12pm-12:30pm, and take a walk with us in beautiful Downtown Old Monterey. Get some fresh air and meet new friends.

We'll meet at the Blue Zones office at 451 Washington Street and take a 30 minute urban hike on the bike path during your lunchtime break. All pre-registered participants will receive a Blue Zones t-shirt. Register online here.
