Monterey Public Library presents "Whale Talk" with Dr. John Ryan, a biological oceanographer with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute (MBARI) on Wednesday, March 20, 3:45pm-4:45pm. We'll immerse ourselves in the powerful sounds of whales living right here in Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and explore exciting scientific discoveries enabled by listening to whales.
