Embark on a sonic voyage of serenity with our 60-minute Sound Meditation, a harmonious blend of gongs, crystal bowls, and other celestial instruments. We aim for you to leave this workshop feeling renewed and rested from just a short time of work. Please bring warm, comfortable clothes to lay in, as well as a mat, blanket, eye pillow, and a journal.
