Discover how dance can help you stay sharp, feel energized, and enjoy life more fully in this one-hour introductory class for ages 55 and up taught by Blair Cronin. Join us on Sunday, September 28 at 3pm at Wendi Kirby Music as we explore the powerful ways movement supports both brain and body health. Fee is $20 - register here.
About the Workshop
The session begins with a short, clear and engaging talk on the science of movement and aging, followed by a gentle, accessible movement practice. No dance experience is needed and all activities can be adapted for different levels of mobility.
Please note that Wendi Kirby Music is located on the second floor of the building. Because of the historic nature of the building, there is no elevator. You must be able to walk up the stairs to access the venue.
